PLATICA SESSION | 75 MINUTE HEART-STRAIGHTENING-SESSION

75 minute zoom session in which you and I set an intention + discuss the matters closest to your heart at this moment in time.

From there I will offer you open-hearted insight as guided by Spirit.

This 75 minute, video call session will take place via Zoom.

Once you’ve purchased your session: You will receive an email within 48 hours, including a link to my calendar, so you may schedule your session (up to 45 days out, from date of purchase).

*Suggestions for post-platica self care:

-As a platica is practice focused on shifting energy, it is normal to feel a bit tired, spacey or lightheaded afterwards, so:

-Take care to be well hydrated before + after.

-Dress warm + comfortably ( preferably in lighter colors, if at all possible).

-Schedule time to rest + reflect after your session.

-After your session, spending some time in prayer, mediation or in an otherwise quiet environment is beneficial.
