Flower Powered Limpia Ceremony | 75 Minute Assisted Energy Cleansing Ritual

Limpias or auric field energy cleanings are purification rituals performed in Curanderismo, as well as in many other cultural traditions.

In this custom limpia, you + I will have a heart-to-heart, discussing your intentions for your cleansing. From this point, I work in collaboration with the elemental energies of Earth, Fire, Water, Air + Spirit via crystals, flames, smoke, water + prayer with special emphasis on sacred plants allies, like flowers + herbs to cleanse your energetic body of dense, stagnant energies and attachments.

Limpias are great allies in times of transition, growth, loss, trauma, grief, stress, confusion + rapid life changes, offering a clarifying, balancing refreshment for the Spirit + energy body of the recipient.

This 75 minute in-person session will take place at South Mountain Park/Preserve.

Fee/ Energy Exchange is on a Pay-What-You-Can Sliding Scale.

*Suggestions for pre + post limpia self care:

-As a limpia is practice focused on shifting energy, it is normal to feel a bit tired, spacey or lightheaded afterwards, so:

-Make sure you’re staying well hydrated before + after.

-Dress warm + comfortably ( preferably in white/lighter colors, if at all possible).

-Schedule time to rest + reflect after your session.

-Post limpia, spending some time in prayer, mediation or in an otherwise quiet environment is beneficial.

-Avoid abrasive music, alcohol consumption + violent images for a few days.
